Today was my first visit to House Of Hair and what a breath of fresh air! A nice clean environment with friendly, professional staff with cups of tea and snacks on offer. This is the kind of professional environment I appreciate, which I haven't found before now. I had mucked up the booking process and added a last minute colour on arrival, but the staff were friendly and helpful and didnt seem put out by my unmananagability. My daughter and I both left feeling a million dollars, both of us had the silk press, and I will certainly be back soon!

I came in on time was seen more or less right away, receptionist is was friendly. I booked Grace today to do my relaxer retouch and my needs and preferences were a little different to most in regards to how I wanted it to end up looking. Grace did an amazing job. She's extra cautious and careful, isn't hard handed and she explains everything and is super friendly. I have been waiting a long time to come to this salon from abroad. I wear Hijab she even covered me with a separator incase any men come in. Defo will be back. Loved this place. Very calm place and everyone is very approachable and professional.

drove 1.5 hours for my appointment. i arrived half hour early and Ayanda got started early on my hair which was nice. had texture release and a trim from Grace. My hair never looked so healthy thank you Grace and that was the highlight of my appointment for me. I had 16’’flat strands and they worked really hard to color match for me and dye the hair . Ayanda and Grace started my flat strands and then it was finished by Jazzy. Due to all the hair coloring of course it got dry but then yaz trimmed it and face framed it, and it was much nicer feel!! I got there at 10:30am and left just after 6pm, was a long day but great experience. Was offered drinks and snacks multiple times.I bought a satin bonnet and a hairbrush and also a heat protector before leaving, sleep was not all that comfortable but i’m sure will get better. will definetly come back xx

They are an amazing hair saloon and team. Because of their work I gained back my confidence. Adiam’s patience, meticulous work and her manager’s guidance are super. Yasmin is one of the best and most patient hair stylist. She has been amazing with me. I would recommend to anyone their hair systems to feel better again and boost their looks and self-love.

It was my first time at House of Hair uk . I booked on the day for a k bond removal as the person I was meant to see from another salon cancelled on me. They fit me in and they were able to take all my extensions out. I was anxious because i have a lot of hair and my natural hair was tangled but they were so gentle, they didn’t pull on my hair at all. Great experience! I’m definitely going back to get some extensions they looked great on the lady next to me! Love to the whole team xx

I got my hair done for the 1st time at House of Hair and was very pleased with the outcome. Hair was the best it ever looked! Not only that but my stylist Yasmin was amazing! She was so friendly, welcoming and really took her time to execute what we were trying to achieve. I would highly recommend this hair salon and Yasmin as a well experienced hairdresser. Had my first appointment here today and I’m already excited to book my next service! Ethlda did my wash and trim. She was really good and gave me advice on how to look after my natural hair, as well as the different types of treatments I can get. Jennifer then did my sew in with leave out and styled it afterwards. She was honestly amazing and was very attentive. She also recommended me with lots of products and after care which I purchased. The overall service was brilliant, efficient and well organised. As a first time customer, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to others!

My first time using this salon, I had my appointment yesterday with Jaz, customer service was great all the ladies were welcoming, I was offered tea, coffee, water, they stick to your designated appointment time, the hairdressers are working solely on you which adds to the experience, I went from a bob to long hair, Jaz really took the time to ask me questions and really find out what look i was going for, she clearly loves what she does and knows her work, she done an amazing job with my sew in versatile weave after searching for days to find a hairdresser that knows that style of weave, she was confident in her work, she really knew what she was doing, which put me at ease straight away, she answered all my aftercare questions. I Love love my hair and walked out feeling like a queen. I will be returning again thanks hun 😊 highly recommended.

Long overdue follow up review. I first went to House of Hair UK just before my wedding for the Avalon texture release. 2 weeks later, I was back again for my LA weave install days before my wedding. I’d dyed my hair back dark but the colour was wrong, the lovely owner Ayanda went above and beyond to colour my hair and ensure I had the exact right shade before my install! Cannot recommend this place more and look forward to coming back!!

Let me tell you that this is the most professional 5 star luxury salon that I’ve been to in England. There are soo many horrible salon stories that I have personally witnessed and heard but this salon is top tier. After getting my hair done here I wanted to scream to everyone that could hear me. I literally called about 5 people to tell them that there is hope for us out here. Every single member of staff was amazing and had great customer service. I had the pleasure of Adiam doing my texture release and Jazzie doing my La weave. Both were lovely and very accomodating. The salon is very clean and they welcomed my content creation. I felt so loved. I travelled from Spain to get my hair done and had no regrets. I cannot wait for my next appointment. It was an amazing experience. The cups of teas and biscuits was an extra touch. I have incorporated them into my beauty budget now. Can’t wait for the next appointment xx

House of Hair is literally WONDERFUL. I came here as a hair loss client, dealing with alopecia areata and my self confidence was so low, I felt awful. I was able to get a mesh integration to cover the patch completely so that I didn’t have to worry about it anymore, and the patch has now completely grown back and I can get regular weft extensions!! (Note this was with steroid injections for the alopecia, the mesh covered it up while it was growing back in). Ayanda, Yas, all of the team are so genuinely warm and friendly - it makes a long appointment go so much quicker! Would recommend them to anyone!

House of Hair, I mean WOW! First time visiting this salon today and I cannot wait to return in November. Such a professional, friendly service and clean premises. You can tell customer service is a big thing for Ayanda and her staff! I didn't feel rushed at any point and Akela was meticulous when transforming my hair! I can highly recommend the Avalon Texture Release and House of Hair UK overall! I can't wait to go back ! Thank you again !
